I have a photo software program with many old greeting cards. I am assuming there were more greeting cards sent at Thanksgiving than there are now, from the amount of postcard greetings on my software CD.
I am intrigued with old lithographs and art. They are simplistic and take me back to a time when life was slower.
Enjoy!

I miss the slower pace of life too. I think the gentle art of "waiting" is about done for these days. I enjoy microwaves, but there's nothing like the aroma of something in the oven permeating the house when you come in from outside.
I love this one!!
You are in my prayers!
